COVID Relief

The Catholic Children’s Aid Foundation has received a variety of donations to help assist the families and youth CCAS serves during this pandemic.

Gift Cards
The Catholic Children’s Aid Foundation has received donations of gift cards to help families and youth purchase food.

Funding from Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada (CAFC) COVID-19 Response Program to help vulnerable children and families who need help with basic needs and electronic devices for children/ and youth to succeed in school.

To-date, CCAF has provided over $20,000 in gift cards to purchase food and clothing. Worked with a Kelsey’s Restaurant to deliver food to some high-risk families.

CCAF has received the following donations for COVID-19:

• Donation of 196 boxes of games, toys and stuff animal.
• Donation of 80 books.
• Donation of 100 pre-made meals.
• Donation of $5,000 in Metro gift cards.
• Donation of 161 Learn at Home Kits.
